There is no such thing as just another day at the office. Far from it. We believe in passion, meaning and friendships. Making an impact, shaping the future together, and putting the “people” into “Always Designing for People.”
We know that it’s our people who make the difference, for our company and for companies around the globe. Sharing ideas and perspectives helps us and our clients to be better, and we like to think that makes the world a better place.
We strive to do the right thing for the local and global communities where we live and work. One way we do this is by paying you to pay it forward with volunteer time off and matching your contributions to the causes you support.
“The thing that I love most about my career at ADP to this point is that I’ve had so many careers within my career! The opportunities for growth are literally endless. ADP helped to pay for my MBA program, which helped me to earn a new strategic role supporting our enterprise sales teams. As I learn and develop, there’s always a new project, team, or role waiting for me at ADP. There is no other organization that can provide the resources, people, and opportunities that ADP can – and I feel so lucky to have earned a place here!”
Principal Consultant, Future of Work Strategy
“At ADP, there are countless opportunities available. I also have leaders that support and believe in me. In addition, and probably most important, is the ability to reinvent myself. Every company is looking to grow in a world that is fast-changing. We have to be willing and able to change with it and bring new, fresh ideas to the table.”
“ADP is the best – for many reasons! I joined ADP for the career stability, connection opportunities, and to enhance my skills in Tech. So far, my journey has been fantastic! I stay for the people. We have such an inclusive environment where everyone is represented, respected, and celebrated. Not to mention, I have made amazing friendships and learned a ton along the way! I feel lucky to be part of an experienced and helpful team who have really helped me to grow.”

ADP – ADP Client Service and Implementation - Culture and Workplace
[TEXT] RABEYA: I would have to say the culture is definitely family. The coworkers that you have, they really turn into family. Your managers, your leaders, they're really people that you can look up to.
JEN: The culture is definitely engaging and fun. We know that you're here to do a job so we want to try to make your life as easy as possible with the support, with the knowledge, but some additional fun sprinkled in. So that is definitely one thing that keeps me with ADP because I love being my authentic self. I love working with great people. My creative side and my strategic side get to have lunch together daily, and that's what keeps me going.
DEREK: It feels like a family environment to be honest. It's relaxing. If you're having a stressful day, there are people there who can motivate you and uplift you in order to change that around. They care about what you're going through, how you feel, and that's important.
JADA: When I first graduated I was a little nervous to start working in corporate America. I thought, you know it's very intimidating. You have to be serious all the time. ADP has basically a come as you are policy, be who you are. Don't shy away from showing your true self. So the culture at ADP is comforting.
It definitely helps me do my job the way that I'm able to just because I know I can be myself. I don't have to put on a front in order for my company to take me serious. They're able to see me for who I truly am and appreciate that.
JEN: The office is not what I would consider like a typical corporate environment. As soon as you walk in, you have amenities like the cafeteria. We even have a little barista bar. You definitely have a gym. We also have a lot of patio space. So during your day you can go outside. No one is a stranger. Everyone's going to talk to you. You're going to learn about everybody just while you're standing in line to get your food.
DEREK: I work in the office at Tempe, Arizona. The vibe is amazing. You definitely have a cafeteria, but then they also have a Starbucks. There are some relaxation rooms so when you do have your breaks and your lunches, you can go there and relax, chill out. Some floors they have little games in where you can play, foosball table, things like that. Great vibe. Love the energy. I'm definitely looking forward to getting back into the office.
JADA: The vibe is amazing. Everyone is just friendly. Even if I don't know you and I see you in the hallway, it's always, "Hi. How are you today?" No matter the type of day you're having, I feel like I can just take a breath, take a walk, and I come across people that just make my day even brighter.
RABEYA: It's not super uptight with how the vibe is there. It's very friendly and just cozy. You feel like that's home.
JEN: We have a lot of friends and family type events throughout the year. We actually even had a carnival style activity. We bring rides, food, games, also we have ice cream socials in the office. We have a lot of appreciation luncheons for our associates for milestones, such as birthdays or anniversaries with ADP, but we also just like to have fun and prank each other. I've walked into sticky notes all over someone's desk, balloons coming out of drawers and offices, to glitter and confetti everywhere. So we really just try to have fun and celebrate all the wins.
JADA: I'm close to my teammates. They're like family, especially when we're in the office. I love being around them, and I can't wait to get back in the office to be around them again.
RABEYA: I can't wait to go to the office. When I was in the office I was always like I wish I could work from home. But now working from home for like a year, I'm kind of like, all right. I'm ready to go back now.
JEN: The office really does have that hype nature. The vibes are just constantly on 10. You want to go to work.

Coming Out at Work: Our Stories
[MUSIC PLAYING. ]
ANDRE: What motivated me to come out? I think not being true to myself was not an option.
[TEXT] We asked our Associates about their “coming out” experience at work…
ANDRE: I actually came out in my interview. When I was asked where I see myself in the future-- in the near future, five years from now, and that's an integral part of who I am because I really, really want to be a father. And being a gay man, I do have to jump through a couple additional hoops to accomplish that.
CARMELA: I came out at work because I wanted to be able to share with, not only my coworkers, but even with my clients, the love that I have with my partner, my wife. It should not impact and will not impact the work and-- the performance of work that I provide.
JAMES: I had friends who worked in ADP already who were also members of the LGBTQ community who could really talk to my team and the people that I'd be working closely with and kind of filled them in on what type of person I was. So going into a new company was really easy, and that conversation was really easy.
MARIANA: How seriously ADP takes the zero-tolerance policy for any type of discrimination in the work environment. This, for sure, encouraged me to slowly start including my wife's name into conversations with my team in a natural way until I came out completely to everyone.
TONDREA: I'm not sure I technically had a coming out experience here at ADP, and the reason being is that I had already been out for several years-- both personally and professionally-- before I came to ADP. But I will say this, that as soon as I walked into the doors of ADP, I could tell almost immediately that I could be authentically me and that this place was a place that celebrated diverse points of view.
LACEY: It was after I had all of the support and love from the members of the community within ADP, my fellow members of ADP Pride, they really gave me the strength that I needed to come out in my personal life. So really, if you think about it, I came out to my ADP family before I came out to folks in my personal life. So I think that's a testament to the culture that we have at ADP.
LEONARDO: And when I was talking with my manager, she asked me, what would be something in the company that would make a big difference for me to take a decision to work for a company? And I said that diversity would be very important, because I'm gay. And since then, it was not necessary to start any other conversation. Also, with my teammates. So it was very natural, my coming out experience.
